MY TRAINING

I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Health Coach. There, I learned a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.

Prior to becoming a health coach, I graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with my bachelors degree and worked 15 years as an Executive Assistant. During this time, I helped high level executives prioritize tasks and develop time management skills maximizing productivity and personal achievement.

I’m also a mother of two, wife, friend, personal chef, pilates instructor, maid, sleep trainer, chauffeur, laundress, travel planner, schedule coordinator, hustler and supreme multi-tasker.
